Why I made it

I was drowning in my own studio.

Sticky notesA paper plannerGoogle CalendarDesktop foldersMy CRMThe back of an envelope

For years I kept track of every couple across handwritten notes, a paper calendar, an online calendar, folders on my desktop, and my CRM. Every morning I spent my best energy figuring out what to do instead of doing it. I even mapped out my “ideal work calendar,” but I was never able to stick with it. Something always slipped.

So I created the tool I needed. It’s built for brains that run on overdrive and urgency rather than logic and importance.

Each morning, Studio Today tells me exactly the two big-ticket items I need to work on. Every client’s timeline is planned and prioritized for me, and nothing falls through the cracks anymore.

I finally got ahead of my project schedule for the first time in years.

Less, on purpose

Other planners show you everything. That’s the problem.

Most schedulers, planners, and calendars map out every task, tag, color, and detail at once. For a brain like mine, all that clutter turns into decision paralysis, and I’d close the tab without starting anything.

I needed something simple, right in front of me: what to do now, and nothing else.

A typical planner

Thirty things, all shouting at once.

Studio Today Good morning.
Assemble and mail Spencer & Chris’s invitations
Design Olivia’s save the dates

Two things. Everything else waits its turn.

Try it right here

Three things it does for you.

Two big ones a day

Click Clear it on each task. Small tasks stay locked until the big ones are done, then tick them off too.

Deadlines that plan themselves

Pick a wedding date. Every deadline is worked backward from it using the timeline you’ve set, and none fall on your days off.

    Assembly waits for materials

Tick each box as project materials arrive at your studio. The moment the last item is in, assembly is added to your work day.

    Built for overwhelmed brains

    Gentle structure, all day long.

    An optional morning check-in

Shower. Eat breakfast. Drink a glass of water. From there, your day is unlocked.

    Side quests, later

Smaller tasks stay hidden until your big ones are completed or your afternoon dip arrives.

    A real lunch break

At lunchtime the screen locks with a reminder to step away from your computer and go eat.

    Your week, your way

Mix design, assembly, calls, admin, and deep work on any day. Nothing is ever due on a day off.

    Every phase covered

Save the dates, invitations, and day-of pieces each get their own tasks, dates, and materials.

    Bookings at a glance

See how many weddings you have each month and spot open months before you say yes.

A parking lot for night ideas

If your brain keeps running after hours, park your thoughts here. They’ll be waiting on your next work day, ready to become tasks in one click, instead of keeping you up.

Days off that feel like it

If you find yourself checking in on a day off, you’ll see a short list of optional personal tasks instead: laundry, a walk, a call home.

    Your data stays yours

Everything lives on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded, and one click makes a backup.

    Questions

    Good to know.

    Is there a subscription?

No. You pay $79 once and the version you buy is yours to keep using.

Does it connect to Dubsado or HoneyBook?

It works alongside your CRM rather than connecting to it. Your CRM keeps handling contracts, proposals, and invoices. When a couple books, you add them to Studio Today in about 30 seconds, and it plans the rest.

What if I only design invitations?

For each couple, you tick what they booked: save the dates, invitations, day-of pieces, or any mix. Stages they didn’t book are skipped.

    Can I change the timeline?

Yes. Set how many weeks design, revisions, printing, and assembly take, and when each piece mails. You can also move dates for a single couple.

Can I use it on my phone?

It’s designed for a laptop or desktop computer. It saves to the browser you use it in, so pick one computer and one browser.

    Where is my information stored?

Only in your web browser on your own computer. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. Download a backup every week or two from Settings.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

If the file doesn’t open or doesn’t work as described, email littleivypapergoods@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll help fix it or refund you.

    Stop deciding. Start doing.

Two big tasks a day, every deadline planned, and a list you can finally get ahead on.
