License and Terms

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Little Ivy Paper Goods (“we”) for your copy of Studio Today. By downloading, opening or using Studio Today, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

Your license

When you buy Studio Today, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for one stationery business, including its owners and staff.

You may:

  • Use Studio Today on any computers your business uses
  • Make backup copies of the file for your own use
  • Enter as many clients as you like

You may not:

  • Share, resell, give away, sublicense or upload the file, or any part of it, for others to download
  • Copy, adapt, rebrand or build another product from its code, design or text
  • Remove our name or these terms from the file

Studio Today, including its code, design and text, belongs to Little Ivy Paper Goods. Buying a license doesn’t transfer ownership. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must delete your copies.

Your data and privacy

Studio Today saves everything you enter, including client names, wedding dates and notes, in your web browser on your own computer. We never receive, store or have access to any of it.

That means you’re responsible for:

  • Keeping regular backups (Settings, then Download a backup)
  • Protecting your computer and backup files, since they contain your clients’ information
  • Following any privacy laws and client agreements that apply to the information you enter

We can’t recover lost information. If your browser data is cleared or your computer fails, your latest backup is the only copy.

When you’re online, Studio Today loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website, Google Fonts can see your device’s internet address. It doesn’t receive anything you type into Studio Today.

Refunds, updates and support

Refunds. Because Studio Today is a digital download you receive right away, all sales are final. If the file doesn’t open or doesn’t work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll help fix it or refund you. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Updates. We may release new versions, but we’re not obliged to. Your purchase covers the version you bought. New versions may be sold separately. Your information carries over: download a backup from your current version, then restore it in the new one.

Support. Email littleivypapergoods@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days on average. Support covers opening the file, setup and backups. It doesn’t cover your browser, your computer or recovering lost information.

Disclaimers

Studio Today is a planning tool. Its deadlines are suggestions based on the timeline you set. You remain responsible for your client commitments, orders, mailing dates and the work you deliver, so check important dates yourself.

Studio Today is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or work in every browser.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Little Ivy Paper Goods isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits or missed deadlines, arising from your use of Studio Today. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

The terms included with your download apply to your copy. If we release an update with new terms, those terms apply to the updated version once you start using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA.
