Little Ivy Paper Goods
Stationery Calculator License Terms
Effective date: November 1, 2026
These terms are between Little Ivy Paper Goods ("we", "us"), and the person or business buying a Stationery Calculator license ("you"). They cover the calculator, the Snippet Generator dashboard, estimate emails, and related services (together, the "Calculator").
1. Agreeing to these terms
By purchasing a license or using the Calculator, you agree to these terms. If you're buying for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf.
2. Your license
When you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Calculator on one website that you own or operate, plus that website's built-in platform preview address (for example yourstudio.squarespace.com) for testing. The license lasts as long as these terms are followed, with no recurring fee.
You may move your license to a different website you own, for example after a rebrand, by changing the website address in your dashboard. The license still covers one website at a time.
3. What's not allowed
You may not:
- Use one license on more than one website at a time
- Share, sell, rent, or give away your license key or dashboard access
- Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Calculator's code, or use it to build a competing product
- Remove or try to get around the license and website checks
- Use the Calculator in a way that breaks the law, sends spam, or disrupts the service for others
Designing your own prices, wording, colors, and settings in your dashboard is always allowed. That's what it's for.
4. Your license key and dashboard
Your license key is your login. Keep it private, since anyone with it can change your calculator's settings. If you think someone else has your key, contact us and we'll help.
You're responsible for the information you enter, including your website address and the email where estimates are sent.
5. Price and refunds
The license is a one-time payment of the price shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, under its own checkout terms, and it may collect sales tax where required.
Launch pricing: The first licenses sold are offered at lower launch prices, in limited numbers. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you buy. Earlier or later buyers may pay a different price, and price changes aren't applied to past purchases. We may move payments to another provider in the future.
Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the Calculator isn't compatible with your website. Email littleivypapergoods@gmail.com with your website address. We may ask for a screenshot or other details so we can try to solve the problem first. When a refund is issued, the license ends and the Calculator stops working on your site.
6. Hosting, outages, updates, and other services
We host the Calculator for you. We aim to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Outages: The Calculator runs on outside providers for hosting, email delivery, and payments. If one of them has an outage, the Calculator, your dashboard, or estimate emails may stop working until it's resolved. Outages aren't a reason for a refund, and we aren't responsible for missed estimates, inquiries, or bookings while the service is down.
Backups and lost information: We back up your account and settings regularly, but we can't guarantee that information will never be lost. Keep your own record of your prices and settings. We don't keep copies of estimates after they're sent, so the emails in your inbox (and your CRM, if connected) are your record of them. If an email isn't delivered, we may not be able to recover it.
If a provider closes or changes: If a hosting, email, or payment provider shuts down, is bought, or changes its service, we'll make reasonable efforts to move the Calculator to another provider and restore your settings from our latest backup. Some features may change or be unavailable during or after a move.
If we stop offering the Calculator: We'll give at least 60 days' notice by email before shutting it down, so you have time to make other arrangements. No refund is owed if the Calculator is discontinued after that notice.
Updates: Any fixes and improvements we make are added automatically, at no extra cost. We aren't required to add new features, and we may change or remove features as long as the core calculator keeps working.
Other services: The Calculator relies on outside providers, including web hosting and email delivery. If you connect a CRM through Zapier or a similar tool, that connection runs under that company's own terms and pricing, and we aren't responsible for it.
Your website platform: Squarespace, Showit, WordPress, and others control how pasted code runs on their sites. If a platform changes its rules in a way that stops the Calculator working on your website, please let us know and we'll make reasonable efforts to fix it, but we can't guarantee a fix.
7. Your prices and estimates
You set every price, fee, and option. Estimates shown to couples are budgeting ranges only, not quotes, offers, or contracts. You're responsible for checking your settings, for the prices you give couples, and for any agreements you make with them. We aren't responsible for pricing mistakes, lost bookings, or disputes between you and your clients.
8. Couples' information
When a couple sends an estimate, the Calculator passes on the details they enter (such as names, email, phone, wedding date, venue, and message) and their selections. This information goes to the email address you set, to the couple if you turn on copies, and to your CRM connection if you set one up.
- We don't sell or use couples' information for our own purposes. We handle it only to deliver your estimates. Our email provider may keep delivery records for a limited time under its own policies.
- You're responsible for how you use and store it once it reaches your inbox or CRM, and for following privacy laws that apply to your business.
- Your website's privacy policy should mention that couples' estimate details are sent to you through a third-party tool.
We may store your own account details (business name, email, website address, and settings) to run the service.
9. Who owns what
We own the Calculator, its code, design, dashboard, and documentation. Buying a license gives you the right to use it under these terms, not ownership of it.
You own your business content: your prices, wording, brand colors, logo, and the estimates your couples send you.
10. Pausing a license
We may pause your license, which hides the Calculator on your website, if your payment is refunded or reversed, if you break section 3, or if your use puts the service or other customers at risk. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first so you can fix the problem.
11. Ending a license
You can stop using the Calculator at any time by removing the code from your website. Your license ends if it's refunded or permanently paused under section 10. When it ends, the Calculator stops working on your site and we may delete your settings.
12. No guarantees
The Calculator is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond those written in these terms, including promises that it will fit every business, bring in a certain number of inquiries, or work on every website setup.
13. Limit on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data, including losses caused by outages, data loss, or the actions of our hosting, email, or payment providers. Our total liability for any claim related to the Calculator is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version with a new effective date and, for important changes, email the address on your account. Continuing to use the Calculator after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
